We accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

For returns from outside the EU, potential import duties and taxes for the return are at your own expense. Therefore, we suggest claiming the shipment as return to send and set the value at 1 euro.

The item(s) should be returned new, unused and with all LE MAGASIN tags.

Returns that have been worn, stained, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted, and may be sent back to your expense.

You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item(s) are used in any other way than described in the above, we consider the item(s) as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.

Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
