Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

From the time you get a confirmation about your order, the delivery time is indicated. The tracking code may need up to 75 hours to get active with delivery information.

Please notice that it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order once placed. Instead you are welcome to return it once received.

DUTIES AND TAXES TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival.

The shipping company will contact the customer once the purchase arrives in customs to inform them about the amount of additional costs. Please note that if customers don’t choose to pay the import taxes, LE MAGASIN reserves the right to charge the customer for incurred costs.
